Our Story

2015: The Beginning

After recovering from a serious injury, founder Michael Reynolds became frustrated with traditional fitness centers that weren't equipped to help people with specific health goals. He assembled a small team of specialists to create a new approach to fitness.

2017: Expanding Our Approach

As word spread about our personalized approach, we expanded our team to include nutrition experts and mental wellness specialists, creating a truly holistic methodology for body transformation.

2020: Digital Transformation

When the world changed, we adapted by developing comprehensive online programs and virtual coaching, making our expertise accessible to clients everywhere, not just those who could visit us in person.

2022: Research Partnerships

With over 15 years of experience in fitness and rehabilitation, Michael founded Skini Club after his own journey recovering from a serious injury. He holds multiple certifications in strength training, corrective exercise, and nutrition.
